We are delighted to announce that we have been successful in securing funding for a new Befriending Project from Lloyds TSB Foundation for England and Wales.
This project is due to commence in September 2011.

We currently have the following staff vacancies:   
1.  Befriending Project Co-ordinator (part-time)  
2.  Support Worker (part-time)   
3.  Bank Support Workers (part-time)

LEAT is a charitable organisation providing a wide range of specialist support services to young people and adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD’s) and in particular Asperger syndrome who live in the city of Leicester or the county of Leicestershire.

We offer a comprehensive  and flexible range of support services to our client group through the LEAT Consultancy, the Asperger Aspirations project and our new Befriending Project.

We also offer training  in Asperger Awareness to professionals and employers.
