We are looking for a new Support Worker to join our small team of Autism-specialist staff, based in Leicester/Leicestershire.

As en employee of LEAT, you will support autistic adults age 16+ in the city and/or county, in a range of key areas: to achieve their goals; maintain routines, health and mental health; access employment, education, exercise and appointments; engage in activities of interest; and much more – under the close supervision of LEAT's Service Lead. You will be DBS-checked, trained and supported throughout your time in the role, with the opportunity to progress to the position of Senior Support Worker. You will work creatively, compassionately, flexibly and in a person-centred way at all times, 1:1 and in group settings, empowering your clients to move in the directions they want to.

You will have a fixed rota from month to month, beginning at 5–10hrs p/w, with the opportunity to build this up over time, as well as taking on extra shifts 'ad hoc', if you wish to.
